The WYD Cascais Festival has prepared several Portuguese music concerts, until the 6th of August, in various locations in the county. Days of great animation, meeting and sharing, with culture and music setting the tone not only for the pilgrims, but for the entire community of Cascais.
Music brings people together because everyone understands and speaks the language of joy. Tonight, at the Manuel Possolo Hippodrome, Diana Castro and Cuca Roseta united the public in unison, in unique moments of sharing between pilgrims from all over the world and the Cascalense community that also wanted to be present at the party and that has been remarkable in welcoming the participants of WYD 2023.
Two inspiring concerts, with very special moments dedicated to the spirit of World Youth Day, where music was the bond that united cultures without borders. Despite being sung in Portuguese, fado and traditional Portuguese music present in the repertoire of Cuca Roseta, as well as the symbiosis between jazz and pop, by Diana Castro, both concerts were well attended by the young pilgrims present and by the many people from Cascais who filled the seats in the Hippodrome.

One of the highlights of the WYD Cascais Festival, which will close the event in Cascais, is the concert by D.A.M.A, on stage in the Estoril Casino Gardens, on August 6th at 9 pm.
At this time, you can also count on performances, on the stages of Baía and Cidadela, by young artists from Cascais, young talents on the rise locally, but also open to subscribers from among the pilgrims.
In Parque Palmela there is also a lot of animation and talent with a stage dedicated to performances by WYD artists.
